For scheduling servicing, warranty repairs or the occasional unexpected hiccup, our service department is staffed by dedicated technicians and service advisors who are committed to total customer satisfaction.
We use the latest Holden Diagnostic Technology and our technicians and service advisors receive Holden Factory Training on every new development and regular refresher courses.
All Metro Holden repairs are guaranteed for 6 months or 10,000km (conditions apply) and all Holden Parts fitted by us carry a 24 month or 50,000km guarantee as specified by Holden (excludes some consumables).
We are located near the Galleria Shopping centre or you may have a seat in our customer area and enjoy a free cappuccio while you wait.
A shuttle service is available to surrounding areas.
Our free courtesy cars are available for your use but you need to book these in advance (conditions do apply)
Metro Service department can also service and repair other makes and models your one stop service shop. We can also arrange service maintenance for those business's that have 2,3 or 10 vehicles.

Our parts department is staffed by expert personnel who offer rapid service and delivery where required.
And if, by chance, we don't have your part immediately in stock we can usually get it within a few hours.
